Happy Learners has been a trusted provider of paediatric occupational therapy for more than 11 years on Brisbane's Southside. We're an NDIS-registered provider with a passionate team of 10 OTs— from early career to highly experienced senior clinicians — who work together to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care for children and families.
Our mission is to help children and young people access and participate fully in their everyday activities. Through play-based and meaningful engagement, we support development, build essential skills, foster independence, and empower families.

Your Week in Practice
* A balanced mix of clinic-based sessions and local community visits (planned for daily flow)
* Play-based, evidence-informed and strengths-focused therapy for children and teens (2-17 yrs)
* Collaboration with families, educators, and other therapists
* Protected time for prep, notes, reports, and reflection
* Regular supervision and mentoring with experienced and senior OTs who love supporting and cheering you on
* Team lunches, daily laughs — andhalf-day Fridays!
About You
* Experienced OT or a recent graduate OT
* Passionate about paediatrics, play, and helping children thrive
* Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team and value connection, shared learning, and communication
* Hold a current Blue Card (QLD), NDIS Worker Check and driver's licence
