Skills Required
* Proven experience in a BDM or Sales role (crane or construction industry preferred)
* Proactive, energetic, and ambitious mindset to building and maintaining market share
* Willingness to be on the ground face to face with customers
* Strong communication and ability to build trust quickly
* Commercial mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes
* Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A full, unrestricted Australian drivers license
Tasks Of The Role
* Grow market presence by identifying opportunities for business growth to convert leads
* Deepen relationships with new and existing customers, becoming their trusted advisor for heavy lifting and rigging
* Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets
* Support the Marketing and Category Teams with campaigns to build brand visibility
* Actively involved in working with customers to deliver specialised rigging equipment to meet their needs
* Maintain accurate records and insights via CRM and reporting tools
