We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, preferably with an electrical trade qualification, to lead a team of tradespeople in performing maintenance on plant and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency, reliability, and safety of the site. This is a full-time, permanent salaried position responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and corporate policies. The role plays a critical part in maintaining plant performance and supporting a safe and efficient working environment.- Weekly Rotating Shifts- Airconditioned workshop- Clean and safe working environment- $10 million in recent upgrades to our manufacturing facility

You will possess the following:
- A trade qualification- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 4 years)- Previous experience leading a team- Electrical licence (preferred)- Forklift licence (preferred)
Responsibilities- Oversee and plan the implementation and maintenance of an effective Preventative Maintenance Programme for all equipment- Ensure that any maintenance, repairs or installation work is carried out in a safe and competent manner and in accordance relevant standards- Support all continuous improvement teams and contribute to the decision-making process to maximise plant efficiency and reliability- Ensure that Maintenance Records and documentation for all equipment is completed as per GMP procedures and in alignment with relevant SOPs- Oversee and control through appropriate procedures, any modifications to plant or machinery to improve the operation, performance or safety of these- Liaise between departments on all maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective service and limit any downtime- Champion safety across the site, identify hazards and provide engineering solutions where required- Communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives
