Key Responsibilities
* Breakdown of pork and lamb carcasses
* Cutting and trimming meat to a high standard
* Preparation of value-added products
* Contributing to product development and innovation
* Providing exceptional customer service
Skills & Experience
* Qualified butcher with proven industry experience
* Strong focus on low wastage and efficiency
* Ability and willingness to train and mentor apprentices
* Passion for customer service and quality product
* Availability to work split rosters, including weekends
