The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at the Mount Piper Power Station Water Treatment Facility on a 12 month maternity cover contract in Lithgow 2790. This key role combines financial control, procurement coordination, maintenance management and administrative support to ensure smooth site operations.

What you'll be responsible for
* Manage site financial controls including budget forecasting and month-end reporting
* Coordinate procurement processes including quotations, service agreements and stock management
* Process invoices and manage purchase orders through SAP and VAMS
* Oversee the site's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* Manage timesheet tracking and payroll administration
* Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes
* Maintain site documentation and quality assurance requirements
* Coordinate site training, inductions and special events
* Manage contractor/visitor coordination and site access
* Support the preparation of monthly reports and presentations
* Assist with minor capital work projects
What you'll need to be successful
* Experience in office administration or purchasing
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
