The Position:
We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Primary Property Manager to join our Christ-centred teaching community in ****.
The Property Manager is a significant role within the College and is directly accountable to the Director of Business Services to manage the Grounds and Maintenance teams.
The role has the delegated authority and responsibility for the stewardship of facilities and resources to ensure that the College's facilities and resources are fit for purpose.
This role oversees both the Werribee and Melton campuses.
This position is Full time with an openness to part time for the right candidate.

Can demonstrate operational excellence, delivering responsive outcomes and high standards to all facets of property, facilities, contract and people management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Significant experience in Property or Facilities or Project Management additional qualifications are an advantage.
Extensive experience in and working knowledge of general building and maintenance services.
Experience in developing tender briefs and the ability to successfully negotiate and document an outcome.
Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety environmental legislative requirements.
Experienced in leading a diverse team.
Experience in stakeholder engagement.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office or Asset Management software.
Current and valid WWCC' E' and Police Check.
