**The Role**
Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) is responsible for skills assessments for a range of technical and trade occupations under the Migration Regulations 1994, offering skills assessment services for people with trade skills gained overseas or in Australia, for the purpose of migration.

Skills assessments are intended to ensure a successful applicant can perform at the required skill

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 4 Service Delivery/ Program Officer may include:

- Provision of services in a program, project, contract management or customer service/call centre context and general administrative/assessment experience.
- Managing and organising your work and adjusting as directed to meet emerging priorities.
- Reviewing and verifying documentation, ensuring it is correct and with supporting documentation submitted adhering to guidelines and internal procedures.
- Functioning as part of a team and assisting with undertaking a range of administrative support including general office duties.
- Contributing to our organisational culture through innovation and by being open to feedback, direction and assisting colleagues where needed.
