Regional Studies Manager Role
As a Regional Studies Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future. Your key responsibilities include leading analysis of options to advance studies, coordinating with various functions to align study milestones with broader business timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance and integrating safety and risk management into study design, and leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups and synthesize their input into clear recommendations.
About the Position
* Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and develop strategic options for future growth, sustainability, and improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate strategic studies related to regional business options, geological exploration, and mine development planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver actionable and realistic studies that can be practically implemented.
* Develop early-phase studies to ensure they align with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
* Guide teams through ambiguity and competing priorities to ensure study outcomes are robust and strategically sound.
Requirements:
* Tertiary degree in Engineering, Geology, Mining, or a related field.
* Proven experience in mining or study/project management.
* Demonstrated expert understanding of mining processes and risk management within a study.
