We are looking for a senior sales professional to take on one of the most rewarding roles in our Corporate Segment, leading the customer relationship, commercial growth and strategic roadmap across one or more high-potential accounts in New South Wales.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will act as the single point of accountability for your customers' end-to-end experience with SAP, from first engagement through to adoption, renewal and expansion. You will work closely with our ecosystem of specialists, partners and executives to deliver real outcomes and value. You will think big, plan for the long term and execute with discipline.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex environments, builds trust at the executive level and wants to help Australian businesses transform through innovation.
What You'll Do Lead the Customer Relationship
* Take full ownership of customer engagement and revenue performance across Software, Cloud, Renewals and Services
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders from operational leads to the C‐suite
* Shape the customer's SAP roadmap in partnership with solution experts and industry leads
Drive Growth and Execution
* Own the account strategy and multi‐year growth plan, bringing SAP's portfolio to life through value‐based selling
* Lead sales cycles across new and existing business from net new opportunities to expansions, renewals and co‐innovation deals
* Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting and deal governance
Orchestrate the Full SAP Ecosystem
* Bring together SAP's virtual account team, including solution experts, partners, services, support and executives around a single customer plan
* Co‐sell with our channel partners, aligning on joint value and delivery commitments
Champion Digital Transformation
* Help customers move from transactional technology investments to long‐term strategic transformation
* Engage in board‐level conversations around industry disruption, supply chain resilience, customer experience and sustainability
* Guide customers through their cloud journey, from business case to adoption and realisation of value
What You Bring
* Experience: 7+ years in enterprise software sales or consulting, including experience managing complex customer relationships and leading strategic sales campaigns
* Sales Mastery: Proven success in driving end‐to‐end revenue growth across software, cloud and services, ideally in hybrid environments
* Commercial Acumen: Strong command of pipeline development, value‐based selling, deal governance and forecasting
* Executive Presence: Ability to build trust and credibility with C‐level executives and senior stakeholders
* Strategic Perspective: A long‐term thinker who can co‐create transformation roadmaps that align customer ambition with SAP innovation
