This leadership opportunity exists to guide a team of skilled clinicians in tertiary child development assessments. Operational and clinical expertise are required for success.
Key Responsibilities
* To manage, support and lead the Child Development Service (CDS) Allied Health team of multidisciplinary professionals with operational human resource functions ensuring efficient workflow and optimal client experience.
* Collaborate with the Clinical Director to coordinate services and promote continuous improvement.
* Foster a culture that prioritizes quality, safety, and integration.
Requirements
* A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Psychology along with current registration with the relevant board, and a minimum of 9 years' experience as a Psychologist. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology may be considered with relevant professional membership or registration.
* Demonstrated high-level consultancy, supervision, education, training, and mentoring skills.
* Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
* Exceptional leadership skills promoting collaborative teamwork and client outcome improvement.
