Lead Perioperative Nurse Specialist
We seek a Lead Perioperative Nurse Specialist to join our team at Newcastle Private Hospital. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a perioperative setting, with exposure to various specialties including neurosurgery, vascular, cardio-thoracic, general, urology, gynae or robotics cases.
About the Role
* The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality nursing care, while supervising and guiding a team of nursing professionals.
* You will lead quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.

Requirements
* A Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent is required.
* Current registration with AHPRA is essential.
* Compliance with ACQSHC national standards is mandatory.
