**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This role involves working with a team of staff to ensure the physical environment of the residence is clean and hazard-free. This role is required to effectively work with residence management and staff, residents, and their families. The cleaning service will be recognized as best practice, compliant, and meeting infection control requirements and accreditation standards.
- Casual and Part time positions available
- Located at Mercy Place Nixon in Mordialloc, Mercy Place Northcliffe in Edithvale, Mercy Place Corben in Mentone
- Ensure the Aged Care home is cleaned and maintained in accordance with prescribed routines and infection control guidelines.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant cleaning experience
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care
- Experience in Aged Care or Health environment (desirable but not essential)
