We are seeking a skilled Large Machinery Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of large machinery, including tractors, sports field turf mowers and heavy plant equipment.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in operating major plant such as sports turf or wide area mowers, backhoe, dozer / compactor, excavator, front end loader, tractor, grader or equivalent. They will also hold a current NSW General Construction Induction Card (White card) and Class MR Licence.
In this role, you will be based at Nowra Showground but may be required to work across various precincts throughout the Shoalhaven region. You will be responsible for performing manual and landscaping tasks, maintaining equipment and conducting basic repairs.
To be successful in this position, you must have excellent time management skills and be able to contribute to work schedules. You should also have a strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) protocols on work sites.
