They are undertaking an ambitious re-platforming project, moving from a low-code solution to a more robust system that can support complex workflows and high-volume operations. Role Overview Our client is looking for a Change & Program Manager to lead a large-scale, technically complex platform migration program. This is not a traditional business change role - it is a hands-on delivery leadership role sitting at the intersection of engineering, product, operations and enablement. You will own the end-to-end migration and adoption journey, ensuring that new tooling, platforms and ways of working are not only delivered, but successfully absorbed by teams and customers. This role is critical to turning a major technology shift into a repeatable, scalable and low-risk rollout across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end platform migration and enablement program, actively shaping how it is executed rather than simply tracking progress Partner closely with the Migration Tech Lead, platform engineering, product and delivery teams to align tooling, patterns and rollout strategy Translate migration tooling and technical outputs into clear, repeatable rollout plans for internal delivery teams Define and manage: Migration waves and sequencing Enablement and readiness milestones Go / no-go checkpoints and acceptance criteria Identify risks early across technology, people, and customer impact, and drive mitigation plans before issues reach production Ensure change is fully adopted by teams, not just technically deployed Create clarity in highly complex environments by aligning dependencies, ownership, timelines and trade-offs Act as the single connective thread between tooling, training, governance and delivery execution Produce clear plans, risk registers, decision briefs and stakeholder updates for senior leadership Required Experience Proven experience leading large-scale technical change programs, such as: Platform or product migrations Architecture modernisation Operating model or delivery model shifts Strong ability to break complex technical change into executable workstreams Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, product, QA, delivery and operations Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments where scope, sequencing and dependencies evolve Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, modern platforms and engineering environments Able to engage credibly with senior engineers and architects without being a hands-on coder Experience designing and running enablement programs including playbooks, training and rollout sequencing Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate risks, plans and decisions Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across senior and delivery-level audiences Why Apply This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-impact platform transformation where the success of the migration will define how the organisation delivers products and services for years to come.
