The Role
Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you will support the day-to-day HR function across a range of operational and project-based activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting onboarding, contracts and employee set-up
* Assisting with recruitment coordination and candidate management
* Managing queries through the HR inbox
* Supporting employee lifecycle processes including changes and offboarding
* Assisting with queries and coordination
* Preparing HR documentation including letters and contracts
* Providing general administrative and operational HR support
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Early in their HR career (1–3 years' experience or a graduate)
* Ideally exposed to construction, infrastructure, mining or blue-collar environments
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Proactive, organised and willing to take ownership
* A strong communicator who can engage with a range of stakeholders
* Eager to learn, grow and build a long-term HR career
