The Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for domestic and commercial insurance repairs. Working closely with supervisors, insurers, and internal stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are set up for success from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed estimates for domestic and commercial insurance repair claims
* Collaborate closely with supervisors, project teams, and insurers
* Maintain accurate documentation and records within estimating systems
* Ensure all estimates align with insurer requirements and internal standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
About You:
* Proven experience as an Estimator within the insurance building sector
* Strong understanding of domestic and commercial repair scopes and materials
* High attention to detail with strong time management skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
* Trade qualification background highly regarded
