Primarily an internal sales role $37.13 per hour inclusive of casual loading Temp to perm opportunity Must have previous experience in Business to Business sales Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm Supportive and positive team dynamic The Sales Coordinator provides general information, support, and performs industry specific tasks to support Salespeople in their efforts to achieve our sales targets and additional operational support to management to achieve our business goals. This role requires building a proficient product knowledge and understanding of client needs to assist in the effective and efficient execution of the end-to-end sales process and support the business in achieving strategic goals. With a solid history in B2B Sales you will: Assist the team with quoting, sales handovers, and client management in order to achieve the team's Sales Target. This includes: Inputting quotes onto bespoke Data Base System Assisting with open Tenders Assisting with new contract opportunities Completing Handovers for review by Salespeople and by operations Communicate with clients as required to help progress quotes and orders. At times, assist in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials to provide salespeople with adequate resources to convert sales, including but limited to brochures, flyers, pitch decks, etc. Provide reliable information and support to salespeople, operations department, and management to make informed decisions. Build an end to end understanding of product throughout the entire sales cycle. Proactively support staff members to understand and improve systems/procedures that translate to higher quality service delivery. Complete relevant CRM requirements and ensure data is accurate. Ensure all systems, protocols and procedures are adhered to Assist management with business infrastructure projects that enable to the business to perform better and grow. Occasional ad hock tasks including data cleaning, migration, and entry. Assist with marketing material from time to time. Supplier communication in accordance with of Supplier Policy, order processing, and occasional interaction with the client from order requests to delivery coordination Customer on Client retention Qualifications: Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and attention to detail Results-driven and organized Ability to balance competing priorities Technological proficiency Experience with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop Background in commercial furniture or B2B sales; alternatively, background in retail or hospitality Relevant educational qualifications and licenses or experience in a relevant trade If you feel you meet the above mentioned criteria, please apply now or email Hannah Limond at hlimond@lpcommercial.com.au.
