Key Responsibilities of an Administration Assistant
This role involves a range of administrative tasks including high volume file management, rounds duties and the management of team's court diary.
* Administrative assistants will be responsible for opening and closing files, electronic filing and distribution of daily court lists.
* Assisting with preparation of court documents is also a key aspect of this role as well as assisting with end of month billing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, resilience and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
* Self-motivated and ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
* Strong understanding of MS Office applications is essential for this role.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
* Team orientated and committed to building rapport with other practice group team members.
* Initiative and strong desire to contribute to team success.
