The Role
Reporting to the Service Customer Interactions Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for inbound customer enquiries and proactively contacting existing customers to secure service bookings. You will support the aftersales team by providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner aligned with business objectives.
