Office Administrator / Bookkeeper
to keep our operations smooth and our books in order. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, no-fluff environment.
What You'll Do
Manage daily bookkeeping in Xero (accounts, reconciliations, invoices, payments)
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Support office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and system management
Ensure admin systems are tidy, efficient, and up-to-date
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team professionally
Contribute to a small, dynamic team and make real impact
You Are
Experienced with Xero and confident with other admin tools
Highly organised, detail-focused, and reliable
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Positive, flexible, and ready to jump in where needed
