This involves following the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to signed order and installation in the client premises. Support role to include account management of all Capital sales for business to succeed.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the NSW Sales ManagerMaking appointments with key decision-makers in the medical marketPost Capital sales support of new accounts and growing sales of this portfolioLaunching of new productsEnsure the achievement of Territory-Based Sales Targets across Candela’s aesthetic and medical portfolioPlan daily sales activity and meet with Health Care Professionals and cosmetic clinic staff.Build and execute customer business reviews to highlight Candela’s full value proposition.Drive growth opportunities by identifying key opportunities for expansion.Interpreting sales data to identify growth opportunitiesImplementing annual territory and account plansEnsuring healthcare professionals develop confidence in the productSales presentations, promotional activities, and education eventsCross team collaboration with your sales, training and marketing teamUpdate Salesforce with relevant information on a regular basis.Attending fortnightly sales meetingsAttending trade shows, industry events and Candela sponsored activities. These normally take place outside normal business hours.Acting as an ambassador for the company within the industryManage clinical programs, training, and support for customers to ensure optimal product use.A winning attitude and be an excellent team playerKnowledge/Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in related disciplineAt least 5 years in sales with prior experience in medical industryHighly result-oriented with strong business acumenAbility to be proactive and plan effectivelySolid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skillsKnowledge and experience utilizing Salesforce CRM and Microsoft office programsCommercial based level of IT/PC interaction and proficiencyAbility to build effective relationshipsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBeware of fake job postings and offers.
