This is a full-time temporary role where you will provide face-to-face support to customers at various sites.
* Manage high-volume student enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
* Deliver professional customer service and provide accurate information and advice.
* Process applications, forms, and service requests with a high level of accuracy.
We're Looking for Individuals with:
* Strong customer service experience (retail, hospitality, community services, front-of-house, reception, etc.).
* Experience working in corporate or administrative environments or confidence using multiple systems.
* Background in student services, education, training, or similar people-focused settings.
This opportunity requires someone who can work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. You will be expected to be proactive and take initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.
