* Previous barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Strong coffee knowledge and ability to make consistent, high-quality coffee
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
