Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Managing Consultant – Aviation
to join our Aviation team, specialising in
Air Traffic Management (ATM)
.
Reporting directly to the Aviation Leader, this role focuses on both winning work and delivering projects across the ANZ region. You will develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, Civil Aviation Authority NZ, and Pacific Island Air Navigation Providers. This is a pivotal position to grow our ATM pipeline, secure new opportunities, and deliver high-quality outcomes, while working closely with Egis's international ATM experts across Asia and Europe.
Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development activities to build Egis's ATM order intake in ANZ.
Deliver high-quality ATM projects for ANZ and Pacific clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, and other Air Navigation Service Providers.
Collaborate with international Egis teams to leverage global expertise and deliver superior proposals.
Support recruitment and development of additional ATM resources as the pipeline grows.
Qualifications
8 - 10+ years' experience in Air Traffic Management / Aviation consulting.
Tertiary qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
Proven track record in winning and delivering work in a consultancy environment.
Experience working in a matrix, global consultancy, building relationships across regions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
