Site Supervisor – Project Homebuilder | Bahrs Scrub area
An well respected project homebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their expanding team. This is a hands-on role delivering high-quality residential builds for a respected builder with a strong local reputation.

* Salary package up to $140,000 + super (depending on experience)

The role
* Manage 15-18 residential projects
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality, safety and program are met
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, trades and internal stakeholders
* Ensure all sites comply with HSE and QBCC requirements
* Drive projects to completion on time and within budget
About you
* Cert IV in Building & Construction (or related qualification preferred)
* QBCC Supervisor Licence (essential)
* Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
* Minimum 12 months' experience in a supervisory role
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Professional approach with a clear focus on quality and safety
