Responsibilities of your role
Reporting to the Supporter Relations Assistant Manager, this inbound phone-based customer service and data entry role is responsible for critical donor-facing and administrative tasks to support the MSF Australia fundraising team, as well as assist our current and potential donors. The Donor Relations team ensures that our valued donors receive the best possible service and attention.
Working independently within a collaborative and friendly team, your accountabilities will include:
* Connecting with donors to keep them informed on current MSF campaigns;
* Responding to phone and email queries from donors, addressing requests and resolving issues;
* Data management in the Salesforce CRM;
* Participating in working groups to support your knowledge growth;
* Inputting into projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring

* Call center and customer care experience;
* Confident experience with CRM systems and strong computer literacy;

* Excellent communication and organizational skills; and
