Early Childhood Educator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the daily operations of their room, mentoring fellow educators, and developing and implementing engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS. They will also build strong relationships with children, families, and the team, maintain documentation and compliance standards, and contribute to a high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
* Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Certificate
* Previous experience leading a room or mentoring educators
* Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
* Full Australian working rights
