Join to apply for the Store Person role at Cummins Asia Pacific.We're looking for a dedicated warehouse professional who will manage inbound, storage, picking, and shipping of goods while maintaining a safe and organized workplace.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.Accurately sort, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations to maximize space and efficiency.Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting and stock reconciliation activities.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following 5S and housekeeping standards.Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, including PPE use and hazard reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and support career growth.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus.Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks); valid forklift license may be required.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
