You will be responsible for supporting the underwriting of our workers compensation portfolios, applying expert judgement and leveraging digital tools to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse new and renewal business within specific limits and authority
* Ensure effective handling of Workers Compensation Insurance business according to agreed service standards and principles
* Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to deliver tailored workers compensation insurance solutions
* Leverage data insights and digital tools to inform pricing, coverage decisions, and risk assessments
* Partner across Claims, Distribution, and other underwriting lines to support multi-line opportunities
* Contribute to underwriting innovation by sharing insights and supporting proposition development
