As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. Your responsibility will be to identify and acquire top talent for various roles within the organization.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment or a related field, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will work closely with the National Recruitment Manager and collaborate with a supportive HR team to ensure that all recruitment processes are completed efficiently and effectively.
This position involves:
* Co-managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selection, reference checks, and onboarding to ensure top talent is placed in the business.
* Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
* Phone screening and arranging of interviews and other relevant selection activities.
* Conducting interviews as needed and reference checks.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs.
* Supporting the comprehensive Induction and onboarding program to ensure employees understand and comply with it.
* Preparing contracts.
* Performing other administrative duties as required.
