What You'll Be Doing
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
Salary and Benefits
Hourly Rate: per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday, and 150% for hours worked on public holidays.
12% Superannuation.
10% Variable Remuneration (eligibility, calculation, and payment subject to Variable Remuneration plan rules).
