We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our People and Transformation team. Reporting to our Group Manager – Marketing & Brand, this role is ideally suited to a recent marketing graduate ready to commence or further develop their career.
* Permanent, full-time employment
* Based in our office on Hay Street, West Perth
* Flexible working arrangements including the opportunity to work from home
* We work a minimum of 3 days in the office per week
About the role
This role supports our team across marketing, communications, and digital functions and includes the opportunity to assist with campaigns, events, social media and more
* Assist with the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns
* Support the production of marketing and sales materials
* Coordinate and assist with events, expos and fields days
* Contribute to internal and external communications
* Content creation and social media management
* General administrative support including mailbox management
About you
You are customer-centric and take pride in providing positive and timely support to your team. You have excellent organisational skills, enjoy a wide variety of work and can effectively multi-task. You will also bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or journalism
* Demonstrated initiative, process driven and proactive
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborate with colleagues and build positive relationships
* Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads
* Demonstrated exposure to an in-house marketing function is desirable but not essential
* Good computer skills with previous experience with Microsoft Office, Canva and digital platforms
* Willing to obtain necessary vaccinations and National Police Clearance
* Current C Class driver's licence
