Job Role:
* Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
* Respond to customer enquiries and information requests, researching and responding as necessary.
* Enter and monitor bookings.
* Produce well-presented documents; distribute reports as required.
* Maintain an organised filing system, ensuring document security.
* Ensure strict confidentiality in relation to patient records.
* Perform checks.
* Provide relief support.
* Coordinate theatre bookings and activities.
* Liaise with teams to arrange bookings and respond to enquiries.
* Assist in the timely allocation of CMBS numbers.
* Liaise with caregivers and doctors' rooms to ensure accuracy of data.
