You will sell stock in the Parramatta/ Ryde Rhodes and Marsden Park areas. Lucrative earnings – Base salary of $70K super up to $6,000 per sale Premium properties – High-quality stock with strong buyer demand Career stability & growth – Long-term opportunity with an extensive project pipeline High-volume, fast-paced role – Work with quality leads and motivated buyers Ongoing sales training & full admin support – You focus on closing deals What You’ll Be Doing: Engaging with potential buyers via phone and email to nurture and convert leads Scheduling and conducting property viewings to showcase developments Making 30 - 50 outbound calls per day to maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers Working closely with the team & Director of Sales to drive sales performance What You Need to Succeed: Fluent in Mandarin & English – Essential to engage with key buyer demographics Proven project sales experience – Minimum 2 years in off-the-plan property sales Confident in phone and face-to-face sales – Strong ability to convert leads Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills – A natural closer!
