Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd Komatsu's Fairfield branch is looking for a Field Service Supervisor to lead our high‐performing service team. This key role is all about driving safe, efficient field operations while delivering exceptional customer outcomes. What You'll Do
* Lead and support a team of ~10+ Field Service Technicians
* Coordinate daily field operations, workflow, and resourcing
* Manage WIP, service reporting, and quality outcomes
* Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business
* Champion safety, continuous improvement, and team development

What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience leading technical teams
* Strong customer focus and communication skills
* Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (preferred)
* Current Driver's Licence and White Card
* Komatsu equipment experience (highly regarded)
