About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for residential custom builds and multi-residential projects. This will involve reviewing drawings, specifications, and inclusions for accuracy and cost-effectiveness, as well as identifying value-engineering opportunities to optimise budgets.
