An Outpatient Clinic measurement service is included in the responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse, including cardiac stress tests, spirometry's, and a pacemaker clinic.About the role:Deliver an advanced standard of patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation by using clinical nursing expertise including for patients with complex care needs.Ability to provide clinical supervision, clinical education, and up-skilling to Nurses to achieve a skilled capable workforce in line with professional workforce standards.Support cost effective workplace teaching and learning that promotes and fosters a culture of continuous learning and enquiry.Integrate nursing and advanced health care knowledge, skills, and ability by supporting an evidence-based learning environment and participating in learning activities/opportunities for self and others.Participate in developing and undertaking quality initiatives clinical audits, and research.About you:Current nursing qualification with a registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).While not mandatory, a relevant A relevant post-graduate qualification in critical care is well regarded. Ventilation competency is advantageous to the position.
