The Opportunity
You will be an integral part of our team and work closely with Partners to ensure client work is completed on time. Your key responsibilities include:
Position Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Partners and team members to complete client work efficiently
* Prepare Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
* Manage BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for various companies and trusts
* Deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
* Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
* Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients
* Provide exceptional service to our clients
* Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events
* Support and train junior team members
About You
* At least 3 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
* Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
* Proficient in using accounting software such as MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero, and Quickbooks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
