Task & responsibilities
researching and analysing spatial, functional, efficiency, safety and aesthetic requirements
determining the objectives and constraints of the design brief by consulting with clients and stakeholders
Collaborating with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
Producing detailed design plans, sketches, and 3D renderings to bring client visions to life
Selecting and specifying finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that complement the overall design
Overseeing the execution of design plans to ensure adherence to project requirements
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the design and installation process
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Supervise your Project through construction
formulating design concepts for building interiors
Qualification & experience
Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial interior design
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Technical knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A creative, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
