We are seeking a motivated, commercially driven Sales Representative to lead the growth of Nuance Audio — an innovative new category at the intersection of vision and hearing.
Nuance Audio combines advanced sound engineering with premium smart eyewear design to deliver a stylish, high-tech solution that enhances everyday life. This is a rare opportunity to launch and scale a breakthrough product across both the Optical and Audiology channels.
Based in Melbourne and part of our Professional Solutions Sales Team, you will take ownership of your territory, build strong partnerships, and position Nuance Audio as a category leader.
Your Responsibilities
You will drive market expansion and sales performance across your territory by:
Sales & Market Expansion
* Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned to business objectives
* Build and nurture relationships with optical retailers and audiologists
* Identify, prospect and convert new customers across both channels
* Expand distribution through strategic door openings
* Deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
* Manage forecasting, pipeline tracking and reporting
* Provide customer and market insights to marketing and product teams
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations and training sessions
* Educate Optometrists, Audiologists and healthcare professionals
* Maintain strong competitive and product knowledge
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners
* Ensure in-store presentation aligns with brand standards
* Drive ongoing engagement and identify upsell opportunities
* Achieve or exceed sales and door-opening targets
* Execute structured territory and account plans
* Maintain a healthy, conversion-focused pipeline
* Deliver regular activity and performance reporting
* Build long-term, high-value partnerships
About you
* Proven success in sales, business development, or key account management
* Experience within Audiology, or technical/innovative product categories
* Strong consultative and persuasive selling capability
* Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
* Commercially astute and comfortable analysing performance metrics
* Proactive, resilient and driven to build something new
* Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel
