Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
* A degree qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
* At least 3 years of experience working as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder in Australia
* Proven experience working on fit-out and finishing stages on commercial new build projects valued $50M+
* Previous experience managing subcontractors with programming, supervision, and contracts administration
* Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors
