This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering a smooth and efficient workplace experience.
Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting AV setups, and providing concierge-style assistance to staff and visitors.
What You'll Do Workplace Coordination Stock Management Maintain clean and functional kitchens, workspaces, and meeting rooms throughout the day (loading/unloading dishwashers, wiping surfaces, resetting furniture, spot cleaning).
Clean and refill coffee machines and milk fridges.
Restock pantries and stationery bays as needed.
Monitor stock levels for pantry and office supplies.
Concierge Services Greet and engage with staff and visitors.
Handle basic facilities enquiries and visitor management.
Assist with meeting room queries and same-day room setups.
Administration Perform basic admin tasks (training provided), including creating visitor passes and updating trackers.
Manage mailroom functions: accept and log incoming packages, monitor outgoing post, and assist with courier pickups/drop-offs.
Audio Visual (AV) Support Troubleshoot basic AV issues (training provided).
Assist with AV setup for office events.
What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with an interest in AV and workplace technology.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
