What you'll do as a Strategy Manager
* Define and execute strategic initiatives to grow market share and enhance client & customer experience.
* Tackle complex challenges with a structured, analytical approach.
* Build executive-level presentations and influence decisions at senior levels.
* Collaborate across bankers, product, sales and digital teams to deliver outcomes.
What we're looking for
* 1–2+ years in management consulting or in-house strategy as well as exposure to the financial services industry.
* Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution.
* Curiosity, drive and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline.
