**Talent International** is searching for an **SAP Service Operations Lead** to join our client, a large **State Government Department.
- **Daily rate contract paying $1,080 inc p/d**:

- **Based in Brisbane with 2 days p/w WFH / Not fully remote**:

- **Experience in large, complex environments highly regarded**

**Purpose of the role**:
As the Service Operations Lead, you will provide professional communication and advice to senior stakeholders, customers and clients in relation to all aspects of Service Operations. You will support the management Incident and Problem Management activities for our clients enterprise corporate solutions.

**Specific Duties**:

- Provide leadership, expert advice, strategies and support in relation to service operations in Corporate Enterprise Solutions including incident management, problem management, event management, request fulfilment, access management and IT operations control.
- Perform proactive problem management to identify trends and implement corrective actions to ensure legislative obligations are met
- Work collaboratively with business representatives, clients and senior stakeholders to co-ordinate and provide high level expert advice regarding service operations
- Manage complex and sensitive issues under extreme time pressures, co-ordinating advice and recommendations for senior executive stakeholders.
- A high level of political astuteness and ability to manage contentious and complex issues with sensitivity, diplomacy and discretion.
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders including business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire an understanding of complex enterprise corporate solutions and the ability to use this knowledge to develop audience appropriate communications for stakeholders at the highest levels.
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of Service Operations and their practical uses in the context of service delivery of complex systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritise critical activities to achieve the best possible outcome.
