You will be enthusiastic, motivated and able to work well in a very fast paced environment.
Having worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

What we are looking for
Able to work up to 38 hours per week
Live on Island
Have at least 2-3 years' experience working in a busy high profile cocktail bar
Good Grooming and Presentation
Customer Service Driven
RSA
Food Handling Certificate
Someone who takes pride in their work

In your downtime we encourage you to explore what the island has to offer including walking trails, 62 secluded beaches suitable for swimming, snorkelling, fishing, diving or surfing, a unique golf course and even the opportunity to skydive.
This position is a live on island positions, a right only reserved for staff, which will be discussed in detail with the successful candidate.
