Measurable Outcomes Specialist
About the Role:
The position of Measurable Outcomes Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining offshore maintenance schedules, ensuring alignment with scope, resources, materials, production plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain integrated offshore maintenance schedules.
* Work closely with offshore teams, engineering, supply chain, and site supervisors to ensure readiness and support planning needs.
* Create and manage work packs, job cards, and schedules in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Monitor and track progress against the plan, resolve planning issues, and actively update the schedule with input from stakeholders.
* Support shutdown planning, procurement of spare parts, continuous improvement activities, and monthly reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ideal 5 years of relevant experience within oil and gas planning or offshore experience.
* 3+ years' experience with a mechanical trade or engineering background and site exposure.
* Strong understanding of maintenance strategies (Root Cause Analysis, Total Productive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance).
* Project Management is an advantage.
* Knowledge of oil and gas equipment and systems, such as pumps, compressors, valves, instrumentation, and requirements with respect to shutdowns and restarts.
