Full time Grounds and Maintenance Person - Motel
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on grounds and maintenance person to join our team in a full-time position. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a property looking its best and enjoys a mix of indoor and outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities
* General groundskeeping - mowing, trimming, hedging, watering, garden upkeep.
* Basic property maintenance and repairs.
* Rubbish removal and general tidiness of outdoor areas.
* Assisting with minor room repairs when needed
* Reporting issues promptly to management.
What we are looking for
* Practical maintenance or handyman skills
* Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
* Good communication and attitude.
* Reliability and strong attention to detail.
* Experience in a similar role an advantage but not essential although minimum of 5 years' experience required
