As a Marketing Assistant in Communities Marketing, you'll be right at the heart of how Stockland brings residential communities to life across Victoria.
This is a permanent, full‐time role based in our Melbourne Head Office, offering a mix of office collaboration and flexible working. You'll support a high‐performing team, gain exposure to end‐to‐end project marketing, and see your work come to life in real communities.
A hands‐on Marketing Assistant who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, loves variety, and enjoys being the person who helps make great marketing happen.
What You'll Do
* Support Marketing Specialists across Victorian residential communities, including caretaking projects
* Bring campaigns to life by assisting with local and national marketing activity
* Coordinate and maintain marketing collateral across digital and offline channels
* Support budget administration, including raising purchase orders and managing invoices
* Assist with website updates, database communications and digital marketing activity
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to keep projects moving
* Help ensure marketing frameworks, processes and risk controls are consistently applied
About You
You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and take pride in getting the details right. You're organised, proactive, and motivated by learning through doing. You like seeing tangible outcomes from your work and want to grow your career in property and project marketing.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience in a marketing assistant, coordinator or support role
* Exposure to property, residential or project‐based marketing is well regarded
* Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms
* Experience with email marketing tools such as Marketing Cloud or Mailchimp, and Canva, is an advantage
* Clear communication skills and a team‐first mindset
