As a Culinary Leader, you will drive the vision and be hands-on in daily operations across the restaurant and conference spaces. Your key responsibilities will be to:
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional experiences
* Oversee all food preparation and execution for events (100+ pax)
* Collaborate closely with Executive Chefs to align culinary standards and drive innovation
* Champion a positive, respectful, and performance-driven kitchen culture
* Drive seasonal menu changes that showcase produce and wood-fired grill techniques
* Manage kitchen operations, food costing, and supplier relationships
* Recruit, onboard, train and nurture new kitchen staff
* Ensure compliance with food safety and ethical standards
Proven experience as a Culinary Leader in luxury environments, expertise in contemporary cooking and wood-fired grill techniques, strong leadership and team-building skills, and a passion for local produce are essential for this role.
