Payroll Consultant Role
A professional with expertise in payroll management is sought to oversee the configuration and optimization of payroll processes within SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module and Employee Central.
* Responsibilities:
* System Configuration: Configure payroll processes, manage system integration, and optimize payroll run cycles for timely processing of payments.
* Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Develop tailored solutions through collaboration with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and clients.
* Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations; troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting payroll and HR processes.
* Reporting and Analysis: Utilize reporting capabilities to monitor and analyze payroll data, providing actionable insights for process improvements.
Requirements
* Expertise: Deep knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform, particularly Employee Central and Payroll modules.
* Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required.
* Implementation Experience: Proven experience with full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
* Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of core HR and employee lifecycle management processes.
